How much does it cost?

We have a number of membership options, depending on who you are and what you need:

Candidate Full — $40: One year access with unlimited use of job board and resume posting
Candidate Lite — Free: Resume posting, privacy options and a detailed profile but no job searches

Recruiters — FREE for 2011: unlimited job postings and resume searches
Recruiter Platinum — $200: One year access with unlimited job postings and resume searches
Recruiter Gold — $125: 6 month access with unlimited job postings and resume searches

How do I pay?

Currently all payments are made through PayPal. Immediately after filling out the signup form, you will be taken to PayPal.com where you will be offered a variety of payment options. You do not need a PayPal account to use their payment services.

I forgot which email address I used to signup. What do I do?

Send an email to telling us your full name and the email address you remember using during signup.

Will my membership automatically renew?

No. But we'll send you a reminder email as your expiration date nears with options for renewing.

How can I stop receiving your emails?

Just adjust your email notification settings in your profile. When turned off, we'll only email you regarding your account status.

I'd like to cancel my membership - how do I do that?

If you no longer want to use your account, do nothing - it will expire when your term is up. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Is my profile and resume visible by recruiters?

By default, no. However, you can easily adjust your privacy settings in your profile. Your uploaded resume will stay with your profile even when set to private, so when you're ready to be seen, just flip the switch and all recruiters will be able to view it.

Why are there only jobs from recruiters?

We believe that finding the right job is hard enough without having to feel like another cog in the machine. Recruiters offer a personal touch to the process by getting to know you and leveraging their unique relationships and industry knowledge to find just the right fit. We tend to like that.

What happens to my resume and profile information when my membership expires?

We delete your resume and profile information as soon as your membership expires. Should you join again in the future, you'll need to re-enter it.

How many jobs can I post?

As many as you like. If you would like help with posting or transferring job orders from another web site, contact us about our free job-posting service.

How long will a job stay posted?

Jobs will automatically be archived 45 days after they are activated. Archived jobs are still available to be renewed or cloned but they are not visible to job seekers.
