The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.

The Purpose of this Web Site

The purpose of RapidReps.com is to connect qualified job candidates with top job opportunities in the medical and pharmaceutical industry in a fast and effective manner.

Our Rules

  • Visible resumes must contain accurate information. If a job post requests candidates fill out a pre-screen questionnaire, the responses must be accurate and current.
  • Jobs posted must represent authentic, open positions. The site cannot be used to advertise products or services.
  • All information gathered may be used for internal marketing purposes but will not be shared with outside parties.
  • All users can opt-out of any correspondence or future communication at any time.
  • Our prices are listed in the FAQ section.
  • Our prices may change without notice however the rate you registered under will be honored for the length of your term.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Only paid Candidate members have access to full job details and the information in the Career Tools section.
  • Only paid Recruiter members have job posting abilities and access to resumes and the information in the Career Tools section.
  • Each individual Candidate account requires its own paid membership.
  • Each individual Recruiter account requires its own paid membership. Multi-member Recruiter companies may request shared access by contacting Rapid Reps at .
  • A Recruiter is defined as someone who works to place Candidates in jobs and is not employed by a medical or pharmaceutical company.
  • Candidates and Recruiters who share account information with others that are not clearly specified as acceptable in this Terms of Use Agreement will be subject to suspension and/or membership termination.
  • RapidReps.com logs the IP address of individual logins and any concurrent logins from distinct and separate locations will be grounds for revoking membership.
  • All information gathered is assignable if the company is sold.
  • Terms of use agreement is subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Rapid Reps.
  • Failure to abide by any of these terms of use can result in the suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
  • Candidates choosing to have their resume posted in our database for recruiters to search, should be aware you are doing this at your own risk.
  • Rapid Reps does not take any liability for resumes posted in our database as we can not control the actions of others.
  • Candidates may remove their resumes at any time.
  • Candidates may select to have their resume made "Private" by selecting the Privacy Control feature in their profile.
  • Candidates: if at any time you feel that your resume should not be in our database or was not authorized to be in our database please contact us immediately and we will remove it immediately.

Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the Site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you are acknowledging that you have clearly read our privacy statement, understand it, and agree to it. You understand that, like other job sites, we do everything in our power to protect your privacy and profile information. However, naturally, by you agreeing to send your resume to recruiters and companies in response to a job order, or choosing to post your resume on the site, we have no control, other than the threat of loss of membership, as to how these outside recruiters and employers work to protect your information. We are no different than other job sites in that regard and thus, by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you recognize our limitations once your resume is submitted to outside recruiters and employers. Thus, you agree to hold Rapid Reps, LLC harmless should your resume fall into the wrong hands or cause you challenges with your current employer.
